Water & Heating
How long does it take to get down to temperature?
We recommend plugging the unit in at least 2 to 4 hours before you plan to load it with sensitive food items. However, for drinks, it can be used almost immediately.
Do you provide the power cables?
Yes, we provide up to 20 metres of heavy-duty Arctic cable as standard. If you need a longer run, please let us know in advance.
Can the trailer be moved once it's set up?
For safety and to protect the cooling calibration, the units must remain stationary once the stabiliser legs are down and the unit is powered up.
